MAGICAL TIME

Where would I be without my clients? This week, both in the massage treatments and in the coaching sessions, lots of magic happened in this room...

During the sessions with my clients, my focus is fully on them. It's their time, their opportunity to change, their change to let go things that no longer serve them (on many different levels). I feel privileged to be part of my clients' journeys, grateful to be allowed to be a witness to them working some magic on themselves, and honoured to be able to provide a platform for them to do this stunning, healing work.

This week, clients transformed themselves from tears to smiles, from tight and painful to loose and soft muscles, from confused to clear thoughts, from frantic to calm, from bogged down to feeling free, from feeling hard done by to feeling able to cope, from anxious to confident.

Wow.... I'd like to congratulate my clients on grabbing every opportunity to change for the better and for making life work FOR them!
And... I'd like to thank them!

I want to thank my clients for being so inspiring. Even though my focus and energy is with them during our time together, after every session I feel I've managed to gain something for myself. Because spending time with them, helping them increase their awareness of what is happening for them, also increases my own awareness of what is happening for me. And this week I've massively gained from giving these treatments and sessions: I've gained joy, happiness, confidence, loose muscles, a sense of freedom, mental strength and emotional contentment, calmness, energy. My clients helped me, without knowing, to gain a deeper understanding of who I am and what I'm here to help do.

I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your trust. It means a lot and 'Grateful' does not describe it.
